Food is absolutely delicious! It may take a while for the food to come when it is busy, but the taste is worth it. In the meantime, you can also try a glass more from the good selection of wines. The waitresses are very friendly and always ask if you need anything. The entrance from the street is barely visible and consists only of a basement exit, but don't let that fool you. Inside you have a wonderful view of the Moselle valley on the other side, especially in the evening at sunset.

We were there to eat. Nice selection and it was really tasty.

We were in the wine bar for dinner on a Saturday evening. The service was very friendly and attentive, the food came quickly and was good. A nice atmosphere both in the winter garden and in the vaulted area. In the latter, the acoustics are rather problematic and disruptive for larger, lively groups. We could hardly talk to two, which other guests also complained about. Overall, however, a good meal in a nice location.

Service and kitchen perfect. Points are deducted for poor acoustics when all tables are occupied. It is so loud that you don't really understand the person sitting opposite. Pity!

Wine tasting with an expert winemaker who likes to pass on his passion for wine growing and his own production to his audience in a relaxed and amusing way and inspires! Eating in the restaurant is also recommended with a small menu.

One of the locals recommended this wine lounge as a good local restaurant. Without this information we would never have found the place which is very anonymous in a residential area outside the center of Trier. On arrival it did not look like anything. A sign showed that we were on the right path and that we should go down a five meter deep basement staircase. Behind a solid steel door lay a beautiful wine room. Behind it a bar and inside behind it the room opened up to a cozy and inviting restaurant. We chose the seasonal menu. Asparagus in several different ways. Can definitely be recommended as a nice and exciting place to visit if you come past Trier.

Family owned and run winery with restaurant serving a variety of well tasting popular dishes in portions satisfying also a large appetite. Nice affordable wines and house destilled spirits and liquors. During summer a nice terrace with great views into the sunset.
